Do you fly outdoors in every kind of weather?
No. We fly only within safe weather windows, which means no rain, no high winds above our aircraft limits, and no low visibility below line of sight. We watch the forecast and will let you know well ahead of your scheduled flight if conditions force a reschedule.
What information do you need before a quote?
We need your site address, a short description of the objective, the size of the area you want covered, and your preferred date. From those four details we can usually issue an accurate estimate within one business day. A quick phone call makes it even faster.
Is my property or project confidential?
Yes. Any imagery we capture for you stays in your project folder and is only shared with you unless you ask us to use it elsewhere. We follow a strict data handling policy and never publish or resell survey results without written approval.
